ACTION SCHEDULE

CORRESPONDENCE
Tesco have written confirming they are running the Vouchers for Schools and Clubs again this year. We will be collecting these so please inform your parents. Allen will place a poster in the cabin.
A letter was received from BFC regarding free use of their function room, however, we would have to purchase food that is a minimum of £4.50 per head. They also stated that 2 players are available for £50 plus VAT and Toby Tyke for £50 plus VAT. This option is too expensive and our plans remain the same – Dorothy Hyman over 2 nights. On the subject of presentation evening Ade has agreed through a contact that we can get Toby Tyke for £50 – it has been agreed to book for both evenings.
A letter was also received from Masters Football – The Masters 2009 is being held on Saturday 18th July at Sheffield Arena and will be shown on Sky Sports. Tickets are available at a cost of £4 per child – Adults £10. Laura will distribute more details via email.

TREASURER'S REPORT
Allen informed everyone that there is currently £6700 in the bank. Training will cease at Dorothy Hyman at the end of March due to cancellations we encountered. Subs to be paid until the end of March – after this time do not charge any subs – no taking subs and saving in your own teams pot.

SHEFFIELD MEETING
The meeting was attended by the Under 7’s.
Discussions took place regarding insufficient postage on match cards. Pleas ensure the correct postage is – in future the league will not only charge us for the costs incurred at the post office but also the mileage for travelling to collect them. They have also confirmed that the under 13’s and Under 16’s are not permitted to play and league matches on the dates of the County Cup Final days. A reminder that 11 a side games can only be played on Sundays, Tuesday and Thursdays.

Next meeting to be attended by the Under 9’s – April 7th.
Please see the website for the rota.

FIRST AID
The new date for the re-scheduled hopefully going to be 23rd April – Laura will confirm with the FA.

PHIL – asked if the pitch at Milefield was playable – NO but the pitch at Redfearns is available until 19 April.
STUART – enquired about the free slot at Dorothy Hyman on Thursdays – it was confirmed that the Under 11’s can use this slot. Pitch sizes were also discussed and these will be amended for next season.
IAN SHIRT – thanked everyone who worked on the pitch to ensure it was in fit state for the Under 16’s to play their semi final match.
