Allen informed everyone that there is currently £6000 in the bank. Fines will be discussed prior to the forthcoming season to establish who will pay these as we appear to be getting quite a few fines that are unnecessary.

SHEFFIELD MEETING
Meeting attended by Under 15’s.
Minutes and amendments from the meeting were e-mailed to all managers.

Under 13’s have drawn Thorncliffe Juniors in the next round of the Cup to be played at home on 1 March. A referee is provided by the League. U13’s need to contact John Gough before the end of the month to arrange.
For teams who have quiet a lot of fixtures to fulfill, the League have stated that games can be played midweek on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but not Saturdays unless Mini Soccer. Regarding the Respect barriers, the League will contact Laura once they have arrived. It was also mentioned that fixtures can be reversed if the away team cannot fulfill the fixture at their ground, subject to our pitch being available. It is advisable to do this to ensure that games are played before the end of the season.

Next meeting to be attended by the Under 16’s – February 3rd.
Please see the website for the rota.

PRESENTATION NIGHT
Presentation Nights have been booked at Dorothy Hyman.
Friday 12th June – Under 11’s to 16’s
Saturday 13th June – Under 6’s to Under 10’s

The DJ has been booked and Laura has been contacted by DePhoto. Everyone agreed that we invite them to attend again as it does not cost us and we earn commission from sales made.

Allen suggested that the Newsletter distributed at the presentation night contains updates of how each team has performed throughout the season. Managers will need to ensure this information is provided to Laura a few weeks before the event.

Robin distributed the name sheet for the FAN plaques that will replace the individual trophies that players receive each year. Managers are to complete these accurately with correct names etc and return to Robin ASAP.
